- Mint follows deposit. Rewards accrue from USDC the keeper has already deposited, and every division rounds down, so claims can never exceed the reserve.
- Withdrawals follow burns.
withdraw_reserverefuses any amount above what activations have burned. Unactivated CREDIT keeps its dollar in the vault. - Exits stay open. Pausing blocks staking, claiming and activation; unstaking always works.
